В сироватці крові хворих з множинною формою мієломи та хронічною лімфоїдною лейкемією встановлено підвищення вмісту загального білка. Максимальне підвищення активності матриксної металопротеїнази-2 було встановлено в сироватці крові хворих на гострий лейкоз.

Annotation

Complex research of distribution of plural form of myeloma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphoid leukemia and sharp leucosis among patients in the Mykolaiv region in 2014. In relation to the statistics of occurrence of multiple forms of myeloma, chronic lymphoid leukemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2014 in Mykolaiv region did not differ significantly, and acute leukemia - 4 times lower than the average for Ukraine.

In the serum of patients with plural form of myeloma and chronic form lymphoid leukemia found increase of total protein. The maximum increase in activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2 was found in the serum of patients with sharp leucosis.

Diploma thesis is expounded on 41 pages, it contains 1 tables and 2 figures. It provides links to 53 references (6 cyrillic and 47 latinic).
