Skopintsev S.N., st. gr. ГЭ-03 «Perfecting of payments system for pollution of the environment».

Degree work on a speciality «Geoecology» (020804) – Novokuznetsk, 2008, is carried out on 115 printed pages, 19 pictures, 26 tables and the list of 73 used sources included.

In work the analysis of the existing methods of calculating payments for pollution of environment will be carried out, and also new progressive methods, which include dynamic of air, water pollution and wastes allocation in years and the presence of purifying facilities and promotion of wastes recycling technologies are considered.

Payment possibilities of enterprises are analyzed and recommendation on decrease of air and water pollution are given on the example of ОАО «Сантехлит». The ways of improvement of payment calculating methods for environment pollution, directed on decrease of air, water pollution and wastes are offered.
